2023: Don’t be used by selfish policians, SDP presidential candidate, Adebayo urges CAN

0

Ahead of the 2023 presidential elections, Social Democratic Party(SDP), Presidential candidate, Prince Adewole Adebayo has enjoined Christian Association of Nigeria(CAN) not to be used by selfish politicians but by the Spirit of God.

Adewole stated this during the inaugural ceremony of the new CAN president, Archbishop Daniel Okoh on Thursday in Abuja.

Speaking immediately after the event, the Presdential Candidate urged CAN to play unifying, non-partisan role ahead of the election.

He reiterated the call that Nigeria needs God ordained leaders to rescue her.

“It is good that the Christian community have done their transition without ranckour.

“This should be an example of what Nigeria can be. All the blocks in CAN came together and elect a leader. You will also so that it is the youngest of them all that is now the leader of CAN. It is a biblical thing that when God does His things.

“Everything about God is ordained. I am reminding the Christian community that in this time of tribulations we shouldn’t lose hope, this is a test of faith and all the problems Nigerians are going through, God will surely answer our prayers.

“Secondly, the Christian Church is not only for Christians, the objective of the body of Christ isn’t not to create disunity but Unity. The Church is an inspiration for all of Nigerians. And the mercy of God on Nigeria includes His presence of Christians.

“And that as we are looking for leadership to rescue this country, we should remember what happened when the Children of Israel were facing Goliath, the Philistine, it was not the big generals or the mighty ones God used to rescue them but the lonely David, who they never knew till that day. They should pray, they shouldn’t follow the news or any prediction rather let the Lord minister to them, so that from within a righteous one may arise and bring righteousness to the Country.

“CAN shouldn’t play Chirsitian Vs anybody mentality, but rather to unity the Country. And to give a message that is ecumenical not only among the Christians but among all the religious communities in Nigeria.

“I also reminded that CAN, that the priest, bishops and eminences are people called as instruments of God. This is a moment where politicians use anybody, they shouldn’t be used by anybody but by the spirit of God. And that in this year of Politics they will not become instrument of men but of God, and that nobody should use them for politics. And that they should pray for the Country and get us together. If the Church is united for righteousness and they aren’t against anyone but searching for God’s guidance/answer, the moment of rescue is coming and God should give us the right person to lead the Nation”, he stated.

Telecom subscribers to pay 5% tax on call, text, Data- FG

…As NCC rallies stakeholders’ on implementation

…Operators insist tax will be passed to subscribers

…Govt insensitive, irresponsible, should step down implementation- ATCON, NATCOM

Federal Governement has disclosed that telecommunications subscribers would pay 5% tax on call, SMS, data services.

This is coming as the Association of Licensed Telecoms Operators of Nigeria(ALTON), Association of Telecommunications Companies of Nigeria(ATCON), National Association of Telecoms Subscribers(NATCOMS), described the move as strange, insensitive and irresponsible.

Newsssphere learnt this during a Nigerian Communications Commission(NCC) ‘Stakeholders Forum on the Implementation of Exercise Duty on All Telecommunications Services’ held on Thursday in Abuja.

Speaking at the event, the Minister of Finance, Budget and Planning, Mrs Zainab Ahmed urged stakeholders to support the implementation of the 5% exercise duty on telecommunications services.

Zainab represented by the Assistant Director, Tax and Policy, Mr Musa Umar appreciated NCC for providing the platform to increase Nigeria’s revenue generation .

She highlighted that countries in Africa like Malawi, Uganda, Tanzania, others have all keyed into this revenue generation pattern.

She emphasised that this is needed to change Nigeria’s economic situation for good.

“The issue of revenue is not something that need to be shy away from, our revenue can no longer take care of our needs as a country.

“Also Nigeria is no longer making enough money in Oil revenue hence the attention is shifting to Non-revenue”.

She explained that the government is committed towards implementing the regulation in a seamless manner which will not affect Nigerians.

Earlier, in his remark, the Executive Vice Chairman/CEO NCC, Prof Umar Danbatta said the forum is necessitate for stakeholders to get better clarifications on the 5% exercise duty on telecom services implementation.

“As telecoms industry regulator, the Nigerian Communications Commission has engaged with the Federal Ministry of Finance, the Nigerian Customs Service and consultants from the World Bank to get needed clarifications. These engagements enabled us to better understand the objectives and proposed implementation mechanisms of the Excise Duty. Nonetheless, we consider it imperative that these implementing agencies should also meet directly with telecoms industry stakeholders to address areas of concern”, he stated.

On his part, Comptroller General of the Nigerian Customs Service, Hameed Ali urged stakeholders to be patriotic toward implementing the policy.

Hameed represented by the Assistant Comptroller General NCS, Mrs A.S Oshishi revealed that telecommunications operators are expected to be dully registered with the service for seamless actualization of the process.

“Either to pass the cost to consumer or capture it in an appropriation. The payment is to be made in arrears, on the 21st of every month”, he stated.

Reacting to the development, the Chairman, ALTON, Engr Gbenga Adebayo insisted that the new tax burden would be passed to subscribers.

“It is a strange move, it appears a bit unusual. exercise duty is suppose to be apportioned to goods and products, but we are surprise this is on Services.

“We will continue to support government but  ALTON, won’t be able to subsidy this on behalf of subscribers in addition to the 7.5% VAT making it 12.5% payable by subscribers to the federal government.

“We currently pay alot of taxes, running into 39 of them, so we can add more to the our existing burden. We won’t be able to absolve this on behalf of subscribers.

“The 5% Excise Duty will be paid by the subscribers. It will collected by the operators on all voice and data services including OTT and remitted to the Nigerians Customs”, he stated.

On his part, the President of ATCON, Engr Ken Nnamani said, “the proposed exercise duty do not comply with principle of taxation, fairness, certainty, convenience and efficiency”.

Nnamani represented by ATCON Executive Secretary, Mr Ajibola Olude said FG has continued to turn blind eye on the issue of foreign exchange, other challenges facing telecom operators in Nigeria.

He added that the telecom industry is bleeding yet the federal government want to exacerbate the plight of operators with additional taxation.

He appealed that the implementation of the exercise duty should be step down because many youths in Nigeria will loss their jobs.

He advised that the government should channel it efforts to developing other sectors.

Similarly, President National Association of Telecoms Subscribers(NATCOMS), Chief Deolu Ogunbajo said the government’s action is insensitivity and ill-timed.

“It is unfortunate that 5% per cent exercise duty is coming again together with other 38 taxes.

He said, other countries in Africa paying 5% tax on telecommunications services do not have 39 others taxes.

In his words, “this is insensitivity, and irresponsible.  Government should not kill the telecom industry”.

Newssphere gathered that the affected telecommunications services include all services that required license from NCC. It is talk time, Short message services(SMS), call-back services, call facilitation through VoIP and international call gateway.

Recall that on 31 December 2020, President Muhammadu Buhari signed into law the Finance Bill 2020 (now Finance Act 2020) which introduced amendments to 14 tax and fiscal legislations in Nigeria.

Misinformation by online media, indifference of gatekeepers

0
By Emmanuel Onwubiko
Nigeria is right now on tenterhooks due largely to massive threats of attacks by armed non state actors. However, misinformation and disinformation targeting certain top office holders by certain money bags embedded inside of the Presidential office in Abuja against persons they perceived as rivals is stoking up security concerns and causing panic amongst the civil population.
The National Security Adviser Major General Babagana Monguno(rtd) was once quoted in the media as alleging that immediate past service chiefs can’t account for the  one billion dollars released for weapons.  But he immediately debunked this same toxic information twenty four hours later but already his first misinformation has spread like wild fire thus making a lot of Nigerians go with the misperception that some or all of the former service Chiefs are unpatriotic and are not accountable for the resources in their care even when it is clear that procurements are handled essentially by the Ministry of Defence.
This toxic misinformation has continued to be used by rumour mongers who seek to tarnish the good name of those service chiefs who did so well that President Muhammadu Buhari went ahead to post them to other Countries as Ambassadors including the then chief of Army staff Lieutenant General Tukur Yusuf Buratai who is the Nigeria’s Ambassador to Benin Republic.
Bad or negative journalism is sharply on the rise in Nigeria, and it is given the wings by social media. Many quacks hide in the labyrinths of social media and citizen journalism. Here is new journalism conducted by people who are not professional journalists but who disseminate information using websites, blogs, and online media.
In Nigeria, this type of journalism has been deployed by individuals who have turned out to mostly specialize in quackery, thus perpetrating bad journalism by failing to report important news, or reporting news shallowly, inaccurately or unfairly.
Bad or negative journalism can leave people dangerously uninformed and misinformed. What the person of former Army Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Tukur Yusuf Buratai has gone through in the hands of this kind of fake journalists, if they must be called that, mirrors typically what this treatise intends to address. The level of disinformation and misinformation through many online media channels suffered by many patriotic citizens such as Lt. Gen. Tukur Buratai and many innocent Nigerians is becoming quite horrifying and the statutory regulatory agencies such as the Nigerian Press Council, the Nigerian Union of Journalists and the Nigerian Guild of Editors are yet to get to the top of the situation.
These bodies set up in anticipation of retrogressive and gutter journalism and to maintain high standards in the practice of journalism in Nigeria are yet to appreciate the security implications of unethical journalistic practices by these quacks who are simply hack writers that upload fabricated tales against perceived opponents of their paymasters.
Since citizen journalism has come to stay due to the advent of the Internet,  the need to educate practitioners and bloggers on the far-reaching implications of cyberbullying and fake news has equally been heightened. If citizen journalism is not responsibly practised as is now dominated by quacks who carry out hatchet jobs against respectable and patriotic Nigerians, a despotic government may seize the opportunity created by the excesses to churn out anti-press freedom legislations and clamp down on the media generally.
Increasingly, unbiased journalism is getting tough to get in Nigeria even in the mainstream media, and the worst part remains that many innocent  Nigerians like General Buratai and others are victims of this growing trend. The hack and quack journalists tend to feed people with falsehood and subtly take a side and make their victims objects of hate in the public space. This is culminating in one of the most devastating aspects of journalism being permitted by quality controllers.
It is all the more troubling when the targets of these pen-for-hire journalists are citizens who had put their lives on the line to protect and defend the country such as General Buratai. Good journalism is supposed to hold communities together in times of crisis such as Nigeria is facing at the moment, providing the information and the images that enhance citizens’ shared destiny. Fact is: if the country is destroyed, the given arena for the practice is equally destroyed and the future truncated.
This low ebb journalism also has nothing to do with freedom of the press, which along with rule of law, is one of the pillars and bedrocks of democracy. Press freedom has nothing to do with bad journalism and fake news. For the avoidance of doubt, fake news is false or misleading information presented as news. Fake news often has the aim of damaging the reputation of a person as seen in Buratai’s case.
Although false news has always been spread throughout history, the term “fake news” is relatively new in Nigeria and only recently got some sort of legislative attention. The term does not have a fixed definition and has been applied broadly to any type of false information, not just about high-profile people and any news unfavourable to them but false news generally.
Further, disinformation and misinformation, which is the trade-in mark of online journalists, involves spreading false information with harmful intent and is generated and propagated by hostile actors who are hired by individuals who have an axe to grind with the targeted individuals. Their ploys include click-bait headlines that are often not supported by the text. Such junk Journalism seeks to vilify and humiliate those who question the actions or pronouncements of those they support or who sponsor them.
Still using the Buratai example, it is clear that the prevalence of fake news promoted by quack journalists has increased in Nigeria with the recent rise of social media, and this misinformation and quackery is gradually seeping into the mainstream media.
What is more, such fake news generated for stomach infrastructure can reduce the impact of real news on such good personalities by competing with it. For example, the misinformation (fake news) sponsored against Buratai and many like him by such quack copy-and-paste journalists receive more engagement on social media than top stories from major media outlets. What this means is that such fake news is relegating the actual news and taking over the agenda-setting role of the media.
Again, from the Buratai example, concerned citizens can see that bad journalism is an antithesis of media freedom and is a threat to the flourishing of democracy in our country. Bad journalism is a sort of contrivance of duplicity and is the complete opposite of legitimate news and the ethical exercise of good journalism. In journalism, a hack writer is deemed to operate as a mercenary or ‘pen for hire’, who expresses their client’s political opinions and serve as attack dogs of their paymasters against their hapless targets.
The problem is not Citizen Journalism per se, but its practice in the Nigerian media space. It is supposed to be collaborative media,  participatory journalism, or democratic journalism, based upon citizens playing an active role in the process of collecting, reporting, analyzing, and disseminating news and information. But certainly, it should not be allowed to become guerrilla journalism or street/gutter journalism as in our case because it raises the serious issue of the credibility of the media.
Ordinarily,  the people formerly known as the audience employing the press tools they have in their possession such as their smartphones to inform one another is not a bad idea. But deploying such tools to commit libel and defamation, as has been happening to General Buratai and many others, is certainly a big problem. And that is why globally, there are some bodies put in place to ensure proper and global best practices. These measures are necessary given that the general public tends to rely on what they read, see or hear in the media. The Fidelity of sources of information is therefore very important.
One major issue about social media is citizen journalism, in which ordinary people participate actively, who are not professional journalists, but are the main creators and distributors of such news or information. It is social media that has provided willing citizens with very simple tools to engage in journalism practice in such a chaotic and unregulated manner in Nigeria.
Citizen journalism should not be confused with community journalism or civic journalism, both of which are practised by professional journalists; collaborative journalism, which is the practice of professional and non-professional journalists working together; and social journalism, which denotes a digital publication with a hybrid of professional and non-professional journalism.
From the former Army Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Tukur Yusuf Buratai’s example, one can easily see that the phenomenon under reference is tainting professional journalism practice and news management in our nation. This has been the case for the reason that citizen journalism is unregulated, amateur, and haphazard in quality and coverage. Furthermore, citizen journalists have become a major source of concern due to their lack of professional affiliation and requisite training to serve the public credibly.
Multiple strategies for fighting quack journalism in Nigeria have become necessary. That way,  the purveyors of fake news and hatchet writers as seen in hack jobs paid for by politicians and some others, will be put in check. Some sort of self-censorship and self-regulation and legally-enforced regulation of social media is now inevitable.
That is why one had expected that the Nigerian Press Council, the Nigerian Union of Journalists and the Nigerian Guild of Editors ought to be doing a lot more to bring about some level of sanity, accountability and control. The Nigerian Press Council receives federally distributed allocation without commensurate professional execution of its mandate.
One of the nine key functions of the Nigerian Press Council is that of monitoring the activities, carried out by the press. The purpose of monitoring the activities of the press is to make sure that, there is compliance by the practitioners and the Nigeria Union of Journalists with the professional code and ethical conduct. Importantly, this function of the council is carried out through some form of content analysis, all to ensure that the ethical conduct, as well as, the professional code of the profession is highly complied with. Since everything media is within this body’s purview and the contemplation of the act setting it up, citizen journalism and its excesses are equally within its ambience.
On an individual scale, the ability to actively confront false narratives, as well as taking care when sharing information can reduce the prevalence of falsified information. However, it has been noted that this is vulnerable to the effects of confirmation bias, motivated reasoning and other cognitive biases that can seriously distort reasoning, particularly in dysfunctional and polarised societies such as Nigeria.
Social or online media has become part and parcel of our daily lives as interactive technologies that facilitate the creation and sharing of information, ideas, interests, and other forms of expression through virtual communities and networks. However, with the variety of stand-alone and built-in social media services currently available, online journalists are now becoming ubiquitous and shielding a lot of hack and quack writers.
Since there is a wide range of positive and negative impacts when it comes to the use of social or online media, one can only recommend some measure of control and accountability to deal with quackery and hatchet writing contents. Journalists should be made by appropriate statutory bodies to remain professional and rise above and fight fake news with legitimate and balanced news reporting and broadcasting. And quacks should be made to pay for noble characters they assassinate and the reputational damage, which  they have brought upon journalism practice in Nigeria.

Fund Diversion: CBN seeks Court order to freeze accounts of Mojek, Integrated Power, 10 meter providers

0

…Asks court to freeze 157 accounts of accused companies

…There must be grave consequences for offenders — Yusuf

…CBN must follow due process — Ehindero

…Action posses setback on NMMP- Oyebode

The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has accused 12 Meter Asset Provider (MAP) companies for allegedly diverting the intervention funds meant for procurement of Meter for Nigerians.

The apex bank also asked the Federal court to freeze 157 accounts of companies that are Meter Asset Providers (MAPs) for the alleged diversion.

The accused companies listed by the CBN as being involved in the diversion as seen on The Cable include Mojec Meter Asset Management Company Limited, Integrated Power Nigeria Limited, Holley Metering Limited, Protogy Global Services Limited and Turbo Energy Limited.

Others are G Unit Engineering Limited, Koby Global Engineering Services Limited, FLT Energy Systems Limited, Smart Meters Asset Provider Company Limited and Cresthill Engineering Limited.

Nigeria power sector has witnessed severe dispensation such as incessant collapse of national grid, which has occurred for a record sixth time this year alone and lack of proper provision of prepaid meters.

In helping the sector, the apex bank provided financial intervention funds to some companies, which they accused of having diverted the funds.

Following this, the apex bank in a suit filed at the Federal High Court in Lokoja, Kogi State, on July 20, requested commercial banks to restrict the account of 10 companies that received power sector intervention funds under the National Mass Metering Programme (NMMP) for 180 days pending the outcome of its investigation.

On this backdrop, during an interview with our correspondent, stakeholders urged for dire consequences for any company found culpable whilst also advising for due process.

The CBN in the suit said, “The Central Bank of Nigeria reviewed the activities of twelve (12) including the defendants herein Meter Asset Providers (MAPs) alleged to have diverted the Central Bank of Nigeria’s power sector intervention funds under the National Mass Metering Programme (NMMP).

“The diversion of the power sector intervention funds under the National Mass Metering Programme (NMMP) provided by the applicant’s banks, has further occasioned grave instability in the power sector and sustained the estimated billing regime which the federal government is making frantic efforts to make a thing of the past.

“The diversion of the said funds through the bank accounts of the defendants has continually undermined.

“The applicant’s bank intervention system supports various sectors of the Nigerian economy.

“The diversion of the said funds and sustained instability in the power sector is capable of causing significant economic and financial loss to investors, as well as the entire systems and the Nigerian economy in general, if not curtailed.”

Speaking with Nigerian NewsDirect on the development yesterday, an economic analyst and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Centre for the Promotion of Private Enterprise (CPPE), Dr Muda Yusuf disclosed that appropriate sanction should be meted at affected companies for infractions.

According to him, “The funds were diverted and not used for the purpose it was given, then there need to be consequences.

“Because the CBN meant well for making the funds available, and it is an intervention that is supposed to benefit Nigerians because of the critical importance of power and challenges facing the sector. So if this privilege is abused and proven to be so then there should be consequences.

“This should serve as a lesson and deterrence to others because it is a mark of discipline that whatever intervention funds are met for should be used for the same purpose. Sanctions are proportional to the infractions that have committed; in delivering sanction there be a sense of proportionality”, he stated.

On his part, the Chief Executive Officer of Sage Consulting & Communications, Mr. Bode Fadipe said CBN’s move is quite strange.

He said, “It looks rather strange that the CBN will seek an order of Court for the freezing of the accounts of 157 companies. Has there been an audit and the need arose for the accounts of the 157 companies to be frozen or is it part of the commencement of an audit process, which on the face of it, should not be strange.

“A fundamental consequence of taking money from the public is that it must be accounted for.
“The biggest concern for me however is the implication of the action of the CBN, assuming it is true, on the metering programme. To what extent will this action of the CBN affect the metering of customers? How quickly will this process be completed? Does it mean that the NMMP will be on hold until the exercise is completed?

“If this is the situation, it means customers are now left with the second option of getting a meter and that is the method where customers pay in advance before they are metered after which they get their refund through energy credit. Given the financial situation of most of the DisCos, is this a burden they can carry now?” he queried.

The Lead Strategist of Nigerian Workforce Strategy and Enlightenment Centre (NIWOSEC) Dr. David Kayode Ehindero said the Central Bank should tread with caution and indulge in due process.

“Though the Apex bank might be towing the right step to abet corruption and illegal diversion of funds, there should be due process.”

According to him, the CBN alleged that these companies took intervention funds but the court must grant room for fair hearing by the management and owners of these companies before embarking on the freezing decision.
He said, “If intervention loans or funds were taken for supplying meters, who monitor and supervise these people, it’s taken years before the CBN is taking such action.”

Tension as terrorists attack troop of Presidential Guard Brigade in Abuja

0

…Wounded Soldiers hospitalised

Panic spread across the Nation’s capital as the troops of the 7 Guards Brigade which provides security for the Presidential Villa and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) have been attacked by gunmen suspected to be terrorists.

They were ambushed in the late hours of Monday while on patrol along the Kubwa-Bwari Road in the nation’s capital.

A spokesperson for the Guards Brigade, Captain Godfrey Anebi Abakpa, confirmed the incident to Nigerian Newssphere in a chat on Tuesday.

He, however, said the attack was successfully repelled by the troops.

Captain Abakpa said a few of the men who were wounded in action have been taken to a hospital where they were receiving treatment.

He added that the troops were combing the general area to get rid of the criminals who have been threatening the general area.
“They were attacked, and the attack was successfully repelled. We had a few (men) wounded in action who have been taken to the hospital and receiving treatment,” the Guards Brigade spokesman said.

He advised residents of Abuja to go about their lawful businesses and keep cooperating with the military by providing timely information to enable them curb the activities of the criminals.
“At the moment our troops are still combing the general area to get rid of the criminals who have been threatening the general area.

“It is advised that residents go about their lawful businesses and keep cooperating with us by giving us timely information to enable us win the fight against the criminals,” Captain Abakpa added.

The latest attack comes a day after the terrorists who kidnapped train passengers on the Abuja-Kaduna rail on March 28 released a new video.

In the clip which went viral on Sunday, they threatened to abduct President Muhammadu Buhari and Governor Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna State, as well as other top government officials.

The attack also came less than a month after terrorists invaded the Medium Security Custodial Centre, Kuje, in the FCT and freed all Boko Haram terrorists in custody, alongside other inmates.

The terrorists have also threatened to launch massive attacks on the nation’s capital.

On Monday, the Federal Government ordered the closure of one of its colleges, the Federal Government College located in Kwali Area Council of the FCT over security concerns after gunmen reportedly attacked two adjoining villages to the school.

According to sources, the attackers of the Guards Brigade were headed to the Nigerian Law School in Bwari when they ran into the troops.

This is coming as Body of Benchers Nigeria in a newspaper publication on Monday notified aspirants of call to bar ceremony slated to hold on Wednesday in Nigerian Law School, Bwari.

Anxiety, as victims protest over alleged sack of 500 NNPC staff

0

…As company offers juicy packages to appease affected staff

…Spokesman blocks WhatsApp line of Nigerian NewsDirect CEO

After the heavily mediatized rebranding of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) to a commercialised firm, multiple reports have started making the round over alleged appointments termination of 500 employees leading to fear, anxiety and tension by stakeholders in the industry.

In what many have described as a compensatory move, juicy severance packages were offered to the affected staff, especially some of the General Managers and Group General Managers who have since kicked against the company’s move.

However, some of the management members of the company affected have kicked against it.
The affected 500 staff of the company were reached through their email addresses telling them that the company no longer needs their services and that a mouth-watering severance package has been put in place for them.

The affected officials have up till the first week of August to decide, otherwise the company may take actions deemed necessary to relieve them of their jobs and the severance package may elude those that refuse to go.
Those affected are billed to retire by the years 2022, 2023, and 2024.

The Group Managing Director and Chief Executive of NNPC Limited, Mele Kyari was accused of having said during a meeting with the staff recently that “you may accept the package or reject it, but you are advised to take it.”

Investigation further showed that the affected General Managers and Group General Managers became agitated, insisting that they want to complete their official tenures by retiring at 60 years of age.

Meanwhile, sources within the company who preferred to remain anonymous said though no one may be forced out of the system, if they fail to take advantage of the severance package, they may have themselves to blame afterward.

To effect this development, a portal was allegedly opened online with points to click, one for acceptance of the severance exercise and the other for the rejection of the letter, whichever way any of the affected officials choose, by the first week of August, the portal would be closed.

Aside the juicy package for those affected, they would also be entitled to 50 per cent of their salaries until the time they are naturally expected to serve out their tenure in the company.

Some of the staff who spoke with the media said the action of the company is not punitive and wished to be part of the exercise. The company has also offered to write off  loans any of the affected staff.

Recall that the company transitioned to a commercial venture, NNPC Limited, on Tuesday, 19 July 2022. It is hoped that this transition would bring with it a whole new set of operational efficiency and competency to NNPC Limited.
