Nigerian most wanted terrorist, Turji Bello has been reportedly killed in military airstrikes by the United States soldiers.
NIGERIAN NEWS SPHERE reports that acting on President Donald Trump’s order, the US military operated in Sokoto State on Christmas night.
During the operation, several terrorists’ hideouts were destroyed.
US officials had said that the operation was very successful as the missiles hit targeted insurgents.
An update post by a social media commentator, Babatunde Adenuga on Saturday, said Turji was eliminated during the airstrikes.
He wrote, “A developing story indicated that the most wanted terrorist Turji Bello was eliminated in the US airstrike in Sokoto Terrorist camp two days ago”.
