Nigerian Afrobeats sensation Divine Ikubor, popularly known as Rema, has opened up about his preference when it comes to choosing a partner.
Speaking in a recent interview with People Gallery, the 25-year-old singer said he would rather be with a stylish and fashionable woman than a wealthy one.
The Calm Down hitmaker explained that since he already has financial stability, a woman’s sense of style is more important to him than her money.
When asked by the interviewer, “Would you rather have a girl with style or funds?” Rema responded simply: “I already got the funds, so style.”
Nigerian Newssphere reports that Rema bagged at least three awards at the 9th All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA).
