Troops of the Nigerian Army have reportedly arrested a suspected bandit identified as Sule Yellow, a figure said to be popular on TikTok for allegedly flaunting cash believed to be proceeds of ransom payments.
According to reports, Sule Yellow was intercepted by military personnel while returning to a forest hideout after allegedly collecting ransom from the family of a kidnapped victim.
The suspect reportedly gained notoriety on social media through videos in which he displayed large sums of money, attracting a significant following on TikTok.
DAILY POST gathered that the alleged bandit frequently posted content showing off cash suspected to have been obtained from kidnapping operations, drawing widespread attention online.
As of the time of filing this report, security authorities had yet to issue an official statement confirming the arrest or providing further details on the development.
Meanwhile, there was also reports that Sule Yellow was captured by troops in March 2026.
