Trump mourns death of ‘Dilbert’ creator Scott Adams

United States President, Donald Trump, has expressed sadness over the death of American author and cartoonist, Scott Adams.

Trump, in a post on his Truth Social account on Tuesday, extended his condolences to Adams’ family, describing the late cartoonist as a great influencer.

“Sadly, the Great Influencer, Scott Adams, has passed away,” Trump wrote.

“He was a fantastic guy, who liked and respected me when it was not fashionable to do so.

“My condolences are with his family, and all of his many friends and listeners. He will be truly missed.”

Adams died at the age of 68 after a battle with metastatic prostate cancer.

Before becoming a full-time cartoonist in 1995, Adams worked in various corporate roles during his career.
