Court documents have shown that estate entrepreneur, King Ochacha, gifted popular Nigerian content creator, Habeeb Hamzat Adelaja, aka Peller, and his partner, Jarvis, a disputed N400 million Abuja house as a marriage gift.
Recent developments seem to confirm fears that the N400 million fully furnished mansion in Life Camp, Abuja, recently gifted to popular Nigerian content creator, Habeeb Hamzat Adelaja, aka Peller, and his partner, Jarvis, for their wedding may be sitting on disputed land.
According to court documents made available to journalists, the huge gift from real estate entrepreneur King Ochacha may be located on an encroached portion of land allegedly belonging to Yakoson Ventures and Urban Paradise Estate, behind Ochacho Estate, Life Camp, Abuja.
Urban Paradise Estate has alleged that Paul-B Homes Limited encroached on the property without its consent and subsequently commenced the sale of portions of the disputed land to Ochacha, Silas Homes, NLG Cooperative and other developers.
The estate stated that the dispute over the land is still pending before the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Apo, Abuja, in Suit No. CV/116/2026.
In a recent petition, Urban Paradise Estate alleged that Paul-B Homes Limited had continued construction activities on portions of the disputed land despite being served with relevant court processes through substituted means.
The development, according to the estate, has continued to raise concerns among affected investors and other interested parties, particularly over compliance with the ongoing judicial proceedings and respect for due process.
