Grammy-winning Nigerian singer Tems has shared what she admires most about fellow Afrobeats star Wizkid.
During a question-and-answer session with fans on X, a user asked her to name one thing she loves about Wizkid, whom she described as her biggest collaborator.
Responding, Tems said she appreciates his “heart” and his “work ethic.”
Wizkid and Tems created one of Afrobeats’ most celebrated collaborations with “Essence,” released in 2020 on Wizkid’s Made in Lagos album. The song became a global hit, earning multiple nominations and taking both artistes to major international stages.
