The family of former Kaduna State Governor Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai has announced the passing of his mother, Hajiya Umma.
She died on Friday, according to a statement released by the family.
Hajiya Umma was said to have been managing age-related health issues, which had worsened in recent times.
The family described her as a devoted matriarch and offered prayers for Almighty Allah to forgive her shortcomings and grant her Aljannatul Firdaus.
