President Bola Tinubu on Friday arrived at the National Assembly to present the 2026 Appropriation Bill, estimated at N54.4 trillion.
Nigerian Newsphere reports that the president entered the chamber of the House of Representatives at about 3:00 p.m. to address a joint session of the National Assembly.
Present at the event are top legislative and political figures, including Senate President Godswill Akpabio, Speaker of the House of Representatives Tajudeen Abbas, and the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), among other key officials.
The presentation follows the earlier approval of the N58.47 trillion 2026 budget proposal by the Federal Executive Council (FEC), paving the way for its submission to the legislature.
