Controversial Anambra cleric, Chukwuemeka Cyril Ohanaemere, popularly known as Prophet Odumeje, has stirred fresh debate after publicly challenging other pastors to a miracle competition.
Speaking during a service, the self-styled preacher declared himself “the greatest pastor in the world,” claiming no other spiritual leader can rival his spiritual abilities or “supernatural strength.”
Odumeje, famous for his theatrical sermons and bold declarations, said he possesses powers he has not yet revealed and invited any pastor who doubts him to face him in what he described as a spiritual face-off.
“All the pastors in the world know that I am the greatest. Nobody reaches me,” he said.
“If you say I am not greater than you, come out for a challenge. Come out, let us do miracles. I have extra power for competition—extra power for ‘incase of incasity’.”
His comments have drawn widespread reactions online, with many Nigerians questioning his claims and the motivation behind the challenge.
