Unveiling alleged Conspiracy against Dr Audullahi Saheed Mosadoluwa: Aare Bashiru Fakorede,  Shakeerah Ayobami Exposed

0

For over two years, Dr. Audullahi Saheed Mosadoluwa, esteemed CEO of Harmony Gardens and Estates Development LTD, has been embroiled in a relentless campaign of intimidation, blackmail, and attempted assassination. This malicious campaign is allegedly orchestrated by Aare Bashiru Fakorede, in concert with his associate, Shakeerah Ayobami Kareem, CEO of Whiterose Interiors.

New evidence has emerged, revealing an alleged sinister plot designed to destroy Dr. Saheed’s business empire and tarnish his reputation. The conspiracy is believed to have begun with Aare Bashiru Fakorede collaborating with Murphy Adebare, also known as Topaz—a figure described in police reports and legal advice from the Attorney General of Lagos State as a notorious land grabber. Together, they allegedly hired Shamsudeen Oluwo, known as Ese Olobo, in a failed assassination attempt on Dr. Saheed.

The assassination attempt was foiled when Oluwo was apprehended by vigilant youths from the Eyin Osa Resettlement area within Dr. Saheed’s estate in Epe. However, the attacks did not end there. Dr. Saheed became the target of a blackmail campaign, which included a viral video designed to discredit him for defending his life and property. Police investigations have since uncovered a broader network behind these attacks, with Murphy Adebare allegedly funded by Aare Bashiru Fakorede and Shakeerah Ayobami Kareem, also known as Dr. Shakirah.

Reports indicate that Shakeerah Ayobami allegedly played a central role in financing the failed assassination and subsequent blackmail efforts. Dr. Shakirah, who allegedly has a well-documented history of fraudulent activities, is alleged to have funneled two million Naira to associates and legal teams under Fakorede’s direction, all with the aim of orchestrating Dr. Saheed’s downfall through a series of frivolous petitions.

Shakeerah’s alleged involvement in dubious activities extends beyond her dealings with Dr. Saheed. She has been allegedly linked to several high-profile fraud cases, including the acquisition of properties from the late Buruji Kashamu and other prominent figures through allegedly deceitful means. She is allegedly linked in the tragic collapse of the 21-storey building on Gerrard Road, Ikoyi, which resulted in the death of Femi Osibona, Managing Director of Fourscore Heights Limited.

Dr. Saheed became suspicious of Shakeerah’s intentions after discovering her alleged role as a mole, allegedly coordinating the assassination attempt and defamation efforts. Posing as a client and later advancing into a romantic relationship with Dr. Saheed, Shakeerah is accused of gathering information to aid in his destruction. Her ultimate goal, it appears, was to seize control of his extensive land holdings.

Shakeerah’s alleged fraudulent schemes allegedly extended further as she sought to defraud individuals by falsely claiming ownership of prime real estate. Notable among these were properties she introduced as Lekki Cape Town, which Dr. Saheed later reclaimed due to her failure to meet payment obligations, and another parcel of land on Ostia Island, which actually belongs to the estate of the late Bayo Osinowo and is now managed by Dr. Tunde Osinowo.

Despite these ongoing attacks, Dr. Saheed Mosadoluwa remains undeterred. His company, Harmony Gardens and Estates Development LTD, continues to thrive, standing resilient against the malicious efforts aimed at undermining its operations. Dr. Saheed’s strength and determination in protecting his business and reputation serve as a testament to his resolve.

As the public watches closely, the unfolding scandal highlights the lengths to which certain individuals will go to achieve their goals, regardless of the consequences for others. The involvement of figures like Aare Bashiru Fakorede and Shakeerah Ayobami underscores the need for vigilance and integrity in business dealings.

As investigations continue, the full extent of this conspiracy is expected to be revealed, shedding more light on the nefarious activities of those seeking to destroy others for personal gain. The real land grabbers—Aare Bashiru Fakorede and his collaborators—are reportedly assembling a media campaign of deceit, attempting to manipulate public perception through dubious means.

In light of these developments, it is clear that Aare Bashiru Fakorede’s recent actions, including his sudden insistence on a joint venture with land already sold to Saheed Ibile’s company, are born out of desperation. This same desperation has led to the demolition of Saheed Ibile’s property by elements within the police force, allegedly at the behest of Modupe Damazio Oni-Orisan and others. Now, Fakorede and Shakeerah are reportedly working tirelessly to implicate Dr. Saheed and his wife in this ongoing saga, falsely portraying them as aggressors.

These actions represent nothing more than desperate attempts to undermine a legitimate business deal and tarnish the reputation of a respected entrepreneur.

Ekpa disclosed this in a statement on his official X handle on Thursday.

“Norway closed their embassy in Nigeria long ago, their Embassy is now in Ghana, they lose nothing but the burden of sorting fake and forged documents relieved”, he added.

However, Nigeria’s government has yet to comment on the development when filing this report.

This comes after the Finnish government barely eight days ago ruled out a political solution to the extradition of Ekpa. Finland’s Minister for Foreign Affairs, Elina Valtonen disclosed this after a visit to Nigeria alongside Nordic Ministers including Sweden, Iceland, and Norway, on August 14, 2024.

Ekpa had recently alleged a fifth attempt by the Nigerian government to assassinate him in Finland.

0

The Prime of Minister the Biafra Republic Government In-Exile has debunked the claim by the Enugu state government, Nigeria Police Force that  27 alleged criminals including Ekpa’s supporters were killed in the state.

In a swift response to the claim by Enugu state, Ekpa in a statement through his official X on Thursday said that the 27 persons reportedly killed by the Enugu, Police were innocent Biafrans.

Recall that in a statement from Peter Mbah, Enugu state governor’s media office citing Police report said “27 criminals terrorizing the state, including some followers of Finland-based Biafran agitator, Simon Ekpa”.

Reacting to the statement, Ekpa stressed that 27 persons killed were not his supporters but were innocent Biafrans.

According to him, the Enugu state government is engaging in propaganda to defend its offensive attack on Citizens.

“This is false and lies, not only that, it has exposed Nigeria state as a failed state and as a country that has failed to uphold human dignity.

“Simon Ekpa has no boys in Enugu, you have killed innocent Biafrans to prove a point to Abuja”, he said.

He further added that in Abia state, the Nigeria Police opened fire and started shooting each other thinking they were all Biafra fighters.

Data breach: NDPC slams Fidelity Bank N555.8m fine

0

Following investigations into violations of Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation, 2019, Nigeria Data Protection Commission (the Commission) ordered Fidelity Bank PLC to pay a sum of sum of N555,800,000 (Five Hundred and Fifty-Five-Million-Eight Hundred-Thousand naira) only being 0.1% of the Bank’s annual gross revenue in 2023. This is to be paid within 14 days upon the receipt of the Notice.
The investigation into the data processing activities of Fidelity Bank PLC was triggered by a complaint from a data subject whose personal data was collected without lawful basis for the purposes of opening an account for the data subject. This complaint was lodged with the Commission in April 2023.
The Commission reviewed the data processing platforms of Fidelity Bank and found that in certain critical cases, the Bank processes personal data without informed consent of data subjects. Data processing tools such as cookies and banking apps were deployed in violation of the NDP Act. Its banking App at the material time had been downloaded over one million times.
Apart from internal non-compliance, the Bank relies on some non-compliant third-party data processors. The law not only enjoins an organization to be compliant, it also mandates its relevant vendors, agents or contractors, among others to be accountable when handling personal data of individuals.
It is to be noted that the initial decision of the Commission was issued since July 2023 and a directive to pay a remedial fee was issued in December 2023 Over ten correspondences were exchanged. The Commission issued repeated warnings to no avail. The Commission gave several opportunities for full accountability for over one year – taking into account the need to encourage compliance as a culture. However, Fidelity Bank did not provide requisite, satisfactory remedial plan.

The National Commissioner and CEO of the Nigeria Data Protection Commission, Dr. Vincent Olatunji, enjoins Data Controllers and Data Processors to eschew acts that may undermine trust and confidence in Nigeria’s capacity to protect data driven decisions and transactions. Dr. Olatunji notes that without demonstrable assurance of accountability in the exchange of goods and services, economic growth would be gravely hampered. However, through compliance with laws that protect freedoms of individuals, their lives and livelihoods, Nigeria will witness more and more momentum for sustainable development.

Oko-Orisan landgrabbing saga: Aare Fakorede’s collaborator, Oni-Orisan exposes, Implicates self

0

The ongoing land dispute between Aare Bashiru Fakorede and Mr Mossdoluwa, the owner of Majestic Bay Estate, leading to allegations, counter-allegations, and a series of dramatic events, seems to be sorting itself out with a new clarity made possible by the utterance of one of the main villains, Mrs. Modupe Oni-Orisan Damazio, in a new video.

In a video interview with an unidentified media outlet, Mrs. Modupe Oni-Orisan falsely claimed to be the family head, despite the fact that Pa Moshood Babatunde Oni-Orisan, the legitimate family head, is still alive. She admitted her knowledge of Pa Moshood as the agreed family head who sold the Majestic Bay Estate land to Harmony Gardens. She claimed that she is now the new family head, appointed on June 20, 2024. She claimed to have taken over the headship of the family from Pa Moshood, who has been there for years, which may not be an issue. But the issue is, how do you revoke a legal transaction carried out by a previous leadership?

It is pure tactics of landgrabbing business of Aare Bashiru Fakorede who is not more doing the forceful hijacking of citizen properties alone but he has now involves his wife, Bashira Fakorede in the illegal business of backdated Deed of Assignment and signing of JV agreement with Modupe Damazio on Majestic Bay Estate properties

She also accused the owner of the Estate ‘ CEO, Hon. Dr. Saheed Mosadoluwa, of assaulting her, yet the video evidence she provided was just an attempt to rope the owner of the company into what seems to be a calculative attempt by her and her partners, Aare Bashiru Fakorede, to frame up Saheed and hijack the property, as the video does not show that Saheed was anywhere at the scene. For years, they have sponsored media attacks on the company owners.

Her claim that his necklace fell into her bra during the alleged assault further raised suspicions about her credibility. Moreover, in another leaked video, Mrs. Modupe can be seen admitting to destroying the fence on the disputed property, further implicating herself in the violent attacks.

The dispute centers around a 10-acre portion of the Oni-Orisan family’s land within the Oju Ota Gazetted property in Oko-Orisan, Epe, Lagos, which was sold to Harmony Gardens by Pa Moshood Babatunde Oni-Orisan, along with other key family members, including Mrs. Modupe Oni-Orisan Damazio.

The conflict escalated on July 17, 2024, when a group led by Bashiru Fakorede and Mrs. Modupe Oni-Orisan stormed the Majestic Bay project with armed thugs and maliciously demolished significant portions of the estate. This act was done without the presence of a court sheriff, a blatant violation of Lagos State Property Protection Laws. The destruction, valued at over 600 million Naira, included the theft of a payloader machine worth 185 million Naira.

Despite Saheed’s efforts to address the issue legally, including reporting the incident to the Commissioner of Police, the situation took a turn for the worse. The AIG allegedly took over the case, but the suspects were released, and Saheed’s colleagues, Chief Sulaiman Salau and Pa. Olatunde Alebiosu, who are Executive Management Officers of Harmony Gardens and Estate Development Limited were surprisely illegally detained instead.

In response to these attacks, the Orisan community members intervened during the second attack, capturing some of the thugs and handing them over to the police. However, rather than proceeding with justice, the suspects were released, and Saheed’s colleagues were detained on false charges.

Pa Moshood, the family head, even held a press conference in Lagos, where he defended the sale of the land to Hon. Audullahi Saheed’s company, Harmony Gardens, emphasizing the legality of the transaction and his authority as the family head. He shared a 2022 newspaper publication confirming his appointment as the Olori Ebi (family head) by the Oni-Orisan Chieftaincy Family, highlighting that Mrs. Modupe Oni-Orisan had not contested his leadership until the recent dispute over the land sale.

During his speech, Pa Moshood revealed that the family owns approximately 5,400 acres of land in Epe, of which 2,000 acres have been acquired by the Lagos State government for the airport project and Oko-Orisan Scheme. He expressed bewilderment at Mrs. Modupe’s sudden objections, given that there is still ample land available for the family’s 77 grandchildren to share. He also disclosed that he had received land payment from Harmony Gardens, with the balance of N30 million pending due to the recent attacks on the company’s property.

Pa Moshood specifically accused his half-sister, Mrs. Modupe Oni-Orisan, of orchestrating a campaign to undermine the legitimate sale of the land to Mr. Ibile’s company and also condemned his sister for conniving with land grabbers to disturb the peace of Oko-Orisan community.

He recounted how she had filed a petition with the police, leading to his harassment by officers from Adeniji Adele and Zone 2, where they want him to implicate and deny selling the properties to Harmony Gardens to frame up Saheed Ibile, despite his advanced age and frail health.

He also criticized her for engaging Aare Bashiru Fakorede’s hired lawyer to mislead Justice Harrison into issuing another Form O on an already executed judgment, which amounts to allowing further destruction of Harmony Gardens’ property illegally, as the judgment was against another company, China Harbour, and not Harmony Gardens.

In addition, a letter from March 26, 2024, surfaced, revealing that Mrs. Modupe Oni-Orisan had previously acknowledged the sale of the land to Harmony Gardens. The letter, signed by several members of the Oni-Orisan family, instructed Harmony Gardens to suspend future payments to Pa Moshood’s personal account and instead make them payable to the Oni-Orisan Chieftaincy Family, showing that Modupe Damazio knowingly engaged Aare Bashiru Fakorede to allegedly land grab what she knows her family had sold to Harmony Gardens, believing in Bashiru’s influence with some senior police officers.

This letter contradicts Mrs. Modupe’s claims of ignorance regarding the transaction and raises questions about her motivations.

As the legal battle continues, coupled with other events surrounding this issue, it appears that Mrs. Modupe Oni-Orisan’s actions are driven by personal grievances and financial interests rather than a genuine concern for the family’s welfare. Harmony Gardens and Estates Development LTD, under the leadership of Hon. Dr. Saheed Mosadoluwa, remain committed to upholding the law and protecting their legitimate investment in the Oju Ota property. The public and authorities are urged to disregard the falsehoods propagated by Mrs. Modupe Oni-Orisan and support a peaceful resolution to the dispute.

Alleged land grabbing: Another Nigerian business mogul Cries out over move by AIG Durosinmi, Fakorede to hijack his Estate

0

Another Nigerian Business Mogul Cries out, Accused AIG Durosinmi of Connivance with Aare Bashiru Fakorede Alleged Land Grabber to malicious demolished, hijack his Estate, and To Take Business Empire To Sudan.

A few Days after Africa’s richest man, Aliko Dangote expressed his frustration over intimation from some parties concerning his oil refinery investment and followed by news of possibilities of relocating his business to Gabon, Aviator cum real estate development mogul, Dr Saheed Mosadoluwa CEO of Harmony Gardens and Estate Development Ltd, popularly know as Saheed Ibile is in a similar situation.

Saheed has expressed his frustrations over certain individuals sponsoring by a reknown landgrabber Aare Bashiru Fakorede hiding under his influence his friendship with some ranking officer working hand in hands with landgrabbers and groups constantly threatening him and his business, especially some landgrabbers in police uniform and therefore he is considering relocating his business back to Dubai or Republic of Benin where he is already enjoying favourable support.

The straw that broke the Camel’s back for Saheed Mosadoluwa, According to him, was a disturbing series of events which unfolded a few days back involving one of his acquired property in Oju-Ota, Oko-Orisan village, Epe, Lagos State. On July 17, 2024, a group led by Sodiq Oloto hired by reknown land grabber, Bashiru Fakorede, along with one Modupe Damacio Oni-Orisan, stormed Majestic Bay by Harmony Gardens’s with Armed Thugs supervised by some policemen on instruction of AIG Durosinmi who had been accusing Saheed of not giving him money and share land with him the manner that other developers/agent were share with him.

The intruders, supported by armed officers ASP Adeseiko Joseph, Insp. Sanni Osiegbe and Inspector Oluwarotimi Omolade engaged by Aare Bashir Fakorede led thugs Sodiq Oloto, maliciously demolished significant portions of the Majestic Bay Estate without the presence of Court Sheriff on account that Modupe Oni Orisan claiming to have engaged Bashiru Fakorede as their family agent for joint venture on what Oni Orisan family’s had already sold to Harmony Gardens for years.

Mosadoluwa, striving to address the issue legally, reported the incident to the Commissioner of Police through the AIG himself, CP Tactical officials in which arrested Modupe Damazio and 2 other armed thugs but the AIG order their release and order transfer of my company managers who are the nominal complainant in a previous complaint to the AIG Durosinmi, but received no actionable response. The situation escalated on July 22, 2024, when the same group returned with armed officers led by AIG Zone 2, Mr. Olaoye Durosinmi’s boys. This second incursion resulted in further destruction.

Oko Orisan Community members intervened during the second attack, capturing some of the thugs and handing them over to the CP Tactical team at Naforija Police Division in Epe. Among those apprehended was Modupe Oni-Orisan, who openly admitted in a video recording that she and her cohorts were responsible for the demolition. However, instead of proceeding with justice, AIG. Durosinmi took over the case, transferring it to the Area Command in Elemoro . He then released the suspects and detained Mosadoluwa’s colleagues, Chief Sulaiman Salau and Pa. Olatunde Alebiosu, who are Executive Management Officers of Harmony Gardens and Estate Development Limited.

These actions, Mosadoluwa alleges, clearly show that AIG Durosinmi is working with Bashiru Fakorede, Sodiq Oloto, Modupe Oni-Orisan and one Mike Utomi, and others to take over his Estate illegally in 2 different location, Oko Orisan and Bolorunpelu Onigbedu. Despite clear evidence and confessions from the perpetrators, his colleagues are facing false charges and prosecution while the real culprits walk free.

Mosadoluwa is calling for the higher authorities to intervene as it is clearer that AIG Durosinmi is a party to this landgrabbing business and the Attorney General of Lagos State should take over the case, and ensure that justice is served, protecting the rights of the true landowners and holding the actual culprits accountable. He emphasizes that Lagos State Property Protection Laws prohibit the engagement of land agents and land grabbers and even law enforcement forceful taking over witout the presence of court Sheriff with geniue warrant of pocession sworn in with survey attached, yet this has been blatantly ignored in his case by AIG Durosinmi The situation highlights a concerning abuse of power and manipulation of legal processes to cover up illegal activities and target innocent individuals.

According to him, these land does not belong to him as a company owner but to Nigerians home and abroad that have invested their hard earn on the lands, and trying to hijack the land is trying to hijack people’s investments.

He emphasized that Modupe Oni-Orisan who is one of the spearheaders of this evil activity is the sibling of Pa Moshood Oni-Orisan. Pa Moshood is the head of the Oni-Orisan family and Modupe was one of the people who appointed him as the head of the Oni-Orisan family. The head of the family sold the said land to Saheed Mosadoluwa’s company, Harmony Gardens and Estate Development Ltd with the signature of the rest of the family. Saheed Mosadoluwa insists that if Modupe Oni-Orisan has issues with her family and brother (the family head) over money, it is not him (Saheed ) she should disturb but the family whom he (Saheed) has duly paid for the acquisition of the land. And according to Saheed the head of the family and other important head of the family are continuously backing and defending him as they have never denied selling the land to him.

The entire destruction by these elements supervised by AIG Durosinmi was estimated at over 600million Naira, as part of what was lost during the destruction was a Payloader machine worth 185million naira which was taken away from the site by Modupe and his cohorts.

Saheed stated all these at a press conference held on Monday 29th July 2024 at the site of the destruction of his building sites by these elements.

Saheed Ibile was emotional as he spoke about his passion for the industry which is what has brought about so many of his real estate projects which spreads across the country aimed at providing homes to Nigerians. but it is sad that the gang- up against him has reached a point he can no longer tolerate.

Ibile however said “We have this same type of business in other countries including Benin Republic and Sudan, infact I was in Sudan the day Madam Modupe Oni-Orisan came to destroy my property, and I tell you for a fact that there is no where else we get this type of frustration and intimidation except Nigeria. I am now beginning to understand people who always say they cannot do business in Nigeria or those saying they want to Japa with their businesses. I am facing the same thing too. Nobody loves Nigeria more than I do but I am tired. Once we are done sorting out all our clients and ensuring that what they purchased from us is well stabilized, we might consider a full relocation to another country except things actually get better by then.”

He said he wasn’t in the country contrary to the fake video they were circulating where they were shouting “that is Ibile”. The business man said they kept chanting that in the video just to create an impression that he was among those who apprehended the landgrabbers in police Uniform attached to Modupe Oni-Orisan and Sodiq Oloto

Saheed said that even if the woman in question, Modupe Oni-Orisan had approached him and honestly asked for compesation, he being a man of peace and considering that he legally got the land from the head of the Oni-Orisan family in the person of Pa Moshood Oni-Orisan, he (Saheed Ibile) would have considered Modupe’s connection with the family and give her some amount from the abundance of his own heart, but it is sad that she resorted to violence by destroying his property alongside some hoodlums.
“Meanwhile, AIG Durosinmi has promised Fakorede and my business achievement detractors to deal with me by disgracing and destroying my brand and I have him on record saying it all. Just yesterday, I. I told him that the restraining order by the Federal High Court against him on the Oko Orisan had been serves on him and isaues of his hide and seek should be stop,” Mosadoluwa added.

Nigeria’s Presidential Jets: Simon Ekpa Hints on possibility of more asset seizure

0

Amid the controversy surrounding the order by a French court, granting a Chinese firm the license to seize three presidential jets belonging to the Nigerian federal government, the Prime Minister of Biafra Republic Government In-Exile, Simon Ekpa has hinted at the possibility of the United States Government seize more Nigerian assets.

Recalls that a Chinese company, Zhongshan Fucheng Industrial Investment Co. Limited was recently given an order to seize a Dassault Falcon 7X, an Airbus A330-243 and a Boeing 737-7N6/BBJ belonging to the FG of Nigeria.

Zhongshan, the company whose export processing zone management contract was revoked by the Ogun State Government in 2016, had sought the intervention of the French court in his contractual dispute with the state government.

In its ruling, the court ordered the seizure of the three jets belonging to the FG, having been a respondent in the matter.

Reacting, Ekpa in a post on his X microblogging account on Friday said that there are possibilities that the United States may seize more Nigerian assets.
Ekpa said he has “personally spoken with U.S. officials regarding the subject of seizing President Tinubu’s assets, and that of corrupt Nigerian officials”.

According to him, if President Bola Tinubu and his government fail to stop asking the Finnish government to extradite him to Nigeria, he will “consult with our ”friends” in Washington, DC about having more of Mr. Tinubu’s assets seized, and he will be subject to further international embarrassment”.

Meanwhile, the Chinese firm said it has released one of the three presidential jets to Tinubu on Friday.

Speaking during a visit to the S2B project office in Abuja, the Minister of Arts, Culture and the Creative Economy, Hannatu Musawa revealed the government’s commitment to empowering women across the country through the innovative Scrap to Bank (S2B) program, a poverty alleviation and economic empowerment initiative.
The S2B program, an initiative of the Association of Spouses of Nigerian Ambassadors (ASNA) is being implemented in partnership with the African Women’s Banking Initiative (AWBI) and the Fashion Academy, in partnership with the Federal Ministry of Arts, Culture and the Creative Economy (FMACCE) and endorsed by the Federal Ministry of Tourism, aims to transform scrap materials into valuable household items. These include pot holders, table runners, tissue holders, kitchen gloves, pillows and coasters, among others.
Musawa highlighted that the S2B program will not only empower a significant number of Nigerian women but also provide a platform to boost the fashion industry and contribute to environmental sustainability. She emphasized that expanding the project could significantly impact Nigeria’s economy, with the potential to contribute up to $100 billion to the country’s GDP.
“If the government helps to expand this initiative, it will add value to the economy by taking scrap and turning it into something usable and sellable, positively impacting the economy,” Musawa stated.
The minister also noted that the S2B initiative addresses climate change issues by promoting recycling and reducing waste. She revealed that the government is actively working to tackle climate change and sees the S2B program as a key component of these efforts.
Musawa expressed optimism that the initiative could be exported to other countries, showcasing Nigerian culture on a global stage. She encouraged the fashion industry nationwide to contribute their scrap materials to the project, which will be transformed into valuable products.
The minister assured that the government would collaborate with relevant ministries, including the Ministry of Trade and Investment and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to expand the project and empower more households. She also mentioned that the ministry is working towards establishing a fund to support the S2B program and ensure its long-term success.

“Research has shown that the most influential factor in developing and changing a generation for the better is a woman’s influence, especially in terms of skills and education of the children,” Adamu stated.

She also highlighted some of the challenges the S2B initiative faces, including reaching the right women to empower and finding markets for the products. However, she remained optimistic that as production increases, so will the number of women empowered through the program.
The S2B initiative is a promising step towards women’s economic empowerment in Nigeria, with the potential to drive significant social and economic change by transforming waste into wealth.

CEO and founder of The Fashion Academy, Nina Kwande explained that the S2B project aims to teach and train women to be more creative with their skills, particularly those who are currently unemployed or underemployed. The project sources its scrap materials from tailors and other material handlers, transforming waste into valuable products.
