Liverpool have reached an agreement to sign highly rated 17-year-old Nigerian-Austrian center-back, Ifeanyi Ndukwe, ahead of the summer of 2026.
Renowned transfer expert Fabrizio Romano confirmed that all parties have finalized terms, with the deal set to take effect from July. Ndukwe will join the Premier League giants from the Austria Wien Academy after the club accepted Liverpool’s proposal.
The young defender has also given his approval to the move, buying into Liverpool’s long-term project, and is regarded as one of the most promising defensive talents of his generation.
Born in Vienna, Austria, in March 2008 to a Nigerian father and a German mother, Ndukwe is eligible to represent Nigeria, Austria, or Germany at the international level.
