Liverpool ace, Mohamed Salah, has not tipped the Reds to retain their Premier League title this season.
The Egyptian has instead picked Arsenal to finally emerge English champions again for the first time in many years.
Recall that Arsenal finished as runners-up in the last three seasons.
Last season, the Gunners finished 10 points behind Liverpool, who won it in Arne Slot’s first year.
But Salah believes Mikel Arteta’s side will end their 20-year drought this time around.
Speaking to AFTV at the PFA Awards on Tuesday night, Salah said: “I think you [Arsenal] have a great team this season. You have a really good chance.
“I think you are favourites now because you have players that have been together for five years.”
