Controversial Nigerian influencer and social critic VeryDarkMan has threatened to release what he described as incriminating evidence against Pastor Chris Okafor of Grace Nation Bible Ministry and Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin.
The influencer made the threat on Sunday in a video shared on his Instagram page while reacting to the arrest of Nollywood actress Doris Ogala. He demanded her release on or before Tuesday, December 23, 2025, warning that failure to do so would prompt him to make public the alleged evidence in his possession.
VeryDarkMan claimed he spoke with Ogala shortly before her arrest and said she had already forwarded relevant materials to him. According to him, the actress was allegedly manipulated by powerful clerics and should not be treated as the main culprit.
In the video, he alleged that some religious leaders exploit women under the guise of spirituality, insisting that Ogala was used as an accomplice rather than being the mastermind of the alleged actions. He further accused security agencies of attempting to seize evidence from her following her arrest.
The influencer warned that any attempt to suppress the matter would be futile, claiming he had already shared the alleged evidence with multiple individuals as a safeguard. He specifically mentioned Pastors Chris Okafor and Jeremiah Fufeyin, vowing that he would “go hard” if Ogala was not released by the stated deadline.
DAILY POST reports that Doris Ogala was arrested on Saturday, December 20, 2025, after publicly accusing Pastor Chris Okafor of failing to fulfill an alleged promise of marriage to her.
In a series of Instagram posts prior to her arrest, the actress alleged that she assisted both Pastor Chris Okafor and Prophet Jeremiah Fufeyin in silencing cases involving a missing child and other alleged criminal matters. Authorities have yet to officially comment on the claims.
