Popular Nigerian content creator Carter Efe has achieved a major milestone on Twitch, emerging as the most-watched African livestreamer on the platform.
His Twitch livestream on Wednesday, which featured Nigerian music superstar David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, attracted an impressive 83,000 viewers, setting a new record for Africa.
The feat also saw Carter Efe become the first African streamer to surpass 20,000 subscribers on Twitch, according to Africa Fact Zone.
In addition, he currently holds the title of the most-followed African streamer on the platform, further cementing his growing influence in the global streaming space.
