The internet is currently on fire following an emergence of a video clip that captured a moment some security operatives alleged to be officers of the Nigerian Army were allegedly protesting terrorists.
The video clip surfaced on the Internet on Thursday afternoon.
The footage was first posted on Facebook by a public commentator, Isaac Fayose who alleged that the incident occurred at a checkpoint in Zamfara State.
The post reads, “Nigeria soldiers beg terrorists to move fast beyond their checkpoint in Zamfara. They know each other”.
Although NIGERIAN NEWS SPHERE cannot authoritatively confirm the development, there has been reports of some security operatives shielding the assailants.
Zamfara is one of the epicenters of terrorist attacks as thousands have been killed while millions have also been rendered homeless.
