Morocco forward Brahim Díaz is currently the leading goal scorer at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) as the tournament heads into the quarter-final stage this Friday.
Díaz has scored four goals so far, placing him one goal clear of a closely packed group of stars on three goals. Among those chasing him are Morocco’s Ayoub El Kaabi, Nigeria’s Ademola Lookman and Victor Osimhen, Egypt’s Mohamed Salah, and Algeria’s Riyad Mahrez.
With the last eight fixtures set to begin, the race for the Golden Boot remains wide open, as several top attackers continue to impress across the tournament.
