All the quarter-final fixtures of the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Morocco have been confirmed following the conclusion of the Round of 16 matches on Tuesday.
Algeria sealed their place in the last eight with a 1-0 victory over DR Congo, setting up a highly anticipated quarter-final clash against Nigeria’s Super Eagles.
Ivory Coast also booked a place in the quarter-finals and will take on Egypt in what promises to be a thrilling encounter this weekend.
