French international Ousmane Dembélé has been named the FIFA Men’s Best Player for 2025.
The announcement was made by FIFA on Tuesday, recognising the forward’s outstanding performances over the year.
Dembélé, who also claimed the prestigious Ballon d’Or earlier in 2025, becomes one of the few players to win both major individual honours in the same year.
This is the first time a Frenchman will win the award.
