The Opta Supercomputer has overwhelmingly backed Arsenal to win the Premier League title, giving Mikel Arteta’s side a 97.17 per cent probability of lifting the trophy.
With just seven matches remaining, the Gunners are firmly in control of the title race and head into Saturday’s early kick-off against Bournemouth at the Emirates Stadium sitting nine points clear at the top.
Defending champions Manchester City are considered the only realistic challengers, but their chances have been rated at just 2.83 per cent, despite having a game in hand.
According to the projections, Manchester United and Aston Villa are expected to finish in the top four but have no chance of winning the title.
Liverpool is also tipped to secure the final automatic UEFA Champions League qualification spot.
