The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has confirmed that the second batch of results for the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) will be released before midnight on Saturday.
JAMB’s Public Communication Adviser, Fabian Benjamin, made this known in a post on his official X account. He assured candidates who sat for the examination on Friday, April 17, that their results would be available later in the day.
“The results of the UTME conducted on Friday, 17 April 2026, will be released before midnight today,” Benjamin said.
He added that an official announcement would be issued immediately after the release, with further updates to be shared via his social media platforms.
The development comes after JAMB earlier released results for candidates who wrote the exam on Thursday, with 632,788 candidates successfully accessing their scores.
The 2026 UTME, which commenced nationwide on Thursday, is expected to accommodate over two million candidates across accredited computer-based test centers nationwide.
