The Lagos State Government has sealed off a fast food restaurant belonging to Nigerian socialite, Pascal Chibuike Okechukwu, popularly known as Cubana Chiefpriest.
The Commissioner for Environment, Tokunbo Wahab, disclosed this through his X account on Sunday.
According to him, the decision to seal the business was due to the restaurant’s failure to adhere to several warnings issued regarding noise pollution and other environmental violations.
Posting a series of pictures of the sealed restaurant, Mr Wahab tersely wrote, “After several warnings and abatement notices, the Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency @LasepaOfficial sealed Donald’s Fast Food on Adebayo Doherty Street, Lekki 1 over noise pollution and other environmental infractions.”
The restaurant, named Donald’s Fast Food, is located on Adebayo Doherty Street, in the Lekki 1 area of Lagos State.
However, Cubana Chiefpriest. has yet to respond to the development.
