Veteran Nigerian singer Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Face or 2Baba, has made a candid public confession about his personal life.
The award-winning musician, who is widely known for having children with multiple women outside his marriage, spoke in Benin City during the MC EdoPikin Undiluted with StarBoy and Legends show.
Addressing the audience moments before his performance, 2Baba said he felt the need to “set the record straight,” revealing that he had put an end to impregnating women.
“But see, I get confession. I dey make this confession everywhere I go now to set the record straight. I don stop to dey do that kind of thing, I don stop to dey give belle anyhow. I swear, ask anybody now, they will tell you that I’m innocent,” he said.
DAILY POST recalls that 2Baba’s first baby mama is Sumbo Adeoye, with whom he has two sons, Zion and Nino. Their relationship reportedly ended around 2009 after revelations of his involvement with other women.
He also had three children with his second baby mama, Pero Adeniyi, between 2006 and 2012.
With his publicly recognised wife, actress Annie Macaulay-Idibia, the singer has two daughters. Their marriage lasted from 2012 until their divorce in 2025.
More recently, 2Baba welcomed another child with his new partner, Natasha Osawaru, with whom he is said to have entered a controversial marriage.
A video of the singer making the statement has since surfaced online.
