Liverpool, Tottenham Saturday fixture ended 1-1 giving English Premier League table leader, Manchester City Three-points edge ahead of the Reds.
After a goalless first half, Tottenham’s Son Heung-min gave the visitor a led at the 56th minutes while Liverpool’s Lius Diaz scored the equalizer at 74th minutes.
With the result Liverpool have slightly lost ground on the title race against Manchester City who will be slugging it out with Newcastle United on Sunday.
