Chelsea staged a dramatic comeback to defeat West Ham United 3-2 at Stamford Bridge in Saturday’s Premier League clash.
The visitors went into the break with a two-goal advantage after Jarrod Bowen and Crysencio Summerville found the net in the first half, putting West Ham firmly in control.
Chelsea began their fightback in the 57th minute when Joao Pedro pulled one back for the hosts. Marc Cucurella then restored parity in the 70th minute, setting up a tense finish.
Deep into stoppage time, Enzo Fernandez sealed the comeback with a 93rd-minute winner, sending the home fans into celebration.
Tempers flared in added time, with Joao Pedro and West Ham defender Jean-Clair Todibo involved in a confrontation that saw Pedro booked and Todibo sent off.
The victory lifts Chelsea to fourth place on the Premier League table. Arsenal remain top after a convincing 4-0 win over Leeds United.
