Former Barcelona striker, Sergio Aguero, has predicted that Manchester City will win the Premier League title this season.
Aguero said this ahead of the new season, starting this weekend while speaking with Stake.
Man City’s four-year winning run was ended last season by Liverpool under manager Arne Slot.
The Cityzens finished in third position, 13 points behind champions Liverpool.
Pep Guardiola’s side have since brought in Tijjani Reijnders, Rayan Ait-Nouri, Rayan Cherki, James Trafford and Sverre Nypan for a combined fee of around £150million this summer transfer window.
When asked which team will win the title, Aguero said: “Manchester City.”
The Argentine added as he predicted the top-four: “Not in order, I think Man City, Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea.”
