Manchester City striker, Erling Haaland, on Thursday surpassed the record of 10 football icons after scoring a goal in his side’s UEFA Champions League clash against Napoli.
Two goals from Haaland and Jeremy Doku gave Pep Guardiola’s side the victory against the Serie A champions.
Haaland’s goal against Napoli was his 50th goal in the competition so far.
The Norway international has scored 50 goals in 49 appearances Champions League games, becoming the fastest player to do so.
He has now surpassed the previous record of the likes of Ruud van Nistelrooy and Lionel Messi.
