Controversial self-acclaimed relationship expert Blessing CEO has responded to widespread rumors about her health and alleged fundraising, offering clarification on her cancer diagnosis and addressing public speculation.
Speaking during an interview on the online show Young and Healthy Bros hosted by Egungun, Blessing said confusion over her condition stemmed from miscommunication.
“I don’t have stage 4 cancer. That was a miscommunication,” she said.
She explained that while initial assessments suggested the lump was non-cancerous, further medical tests confirmed otherwise.
“I just received my biopsy results. Initially, the lump was thought to be non-cancerous, but later tests revealed it is cancerous. I haven’t started chemotherapy yet, and I’m still awaiting further tests to determine the exact stage.”
Addressing claims about large sums of money being raised for her treatment, Blessing dismissed the reports as exaggerated.
“The money raised is not hundreds of millions as some people think. It’s just 13 million naira,” she noted.
She also defended her decision not to publicly share her medical records.
“I will not post my results online because it’s personal, and I don’t owe anyone an apology. I’m just trying to communicate what the doctors have told me.”
Blessing stressed that she is focused on understanding her condition and carefully considering her treatment options.
“I just want to be sure about what I am doing. I’m not a doctor; I’m only sharing the updates I receive from them,” she added.
