The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has relieved the Acting Executive Chairman of the Federal Capital Territory Internal Revenue Service (FCT-IRS), Mr. Michael Ango, of his duties.
The development was announced on Friday in a brief statement issued by Lere Olayinka, Senior Special Assistant to the Minister on Public Communication and Social Media.
According to the statement, the most senior official of the FCT-IRS has been directed to immediately assume leadership of the revenue agency.
