Argentina have submitted a special request to FIFA to wear their all-blue kit for their 2026 FIFA World Cup semi-final against England.
The reigning world champions secured their place in the last four after defeating Switzerland 3-1, while England booked their spot with a 2-1 victory over Norway in the quarter-finals.
According to journalist Gaston Edul, the Albiceleste have asked FIFA for permission to wear their all-blue strip instead of their iconic blue-and-white striped home jersey for the highly anticipated clash.
Argentina have worn their traditional blue-and-white kit in five of their six matches at the tournament.
The only time Lionel Messi’s side switched kits was during their group-stage encounter against Jordan, when they wore the all-blue outfit.
FIFA is expected to decide whether to approve Argentina’s request ahead of the semi-final showdown with the Three Lions.
