Popular Nollywood actor, Yomi Gold, has been hospitalised in Morocco following a sudden health emergency.
The actor reportedly became unconscious after experiencing a severe headache and is currently receiving medical care in Marrakech.
The incident came to public attention after a post shared on his Instagram page on Tuesday evening went viral. In a follow-up update, Yomi expressed gratitude to the emergency medical team in Marrakech for their prompt intervention.
Sharing a video from his hospital bed, the actor reflected on the incident, describing it as a reminder of life’s fragility.
“Today reminded me how fragile our breath is and how quickly everything can change. Life truly lives in the seconds”, he wrote.
He added that the sudden headache nearly claimed his life but credited God’s mercy and the swift response of the emergency team for his survival. Yomi also thanked those who reached out with prayers and support, urging the public not to take health, time, or loved ones for granted, noting that every moment is a gift.
