PSG struck early through Ousmane Dembele, who converted Khvicha Kvaratskhelia’s low cross inside the opening five minutes, putting the visitors in control.
Bayern Munich responded late on, with Harry Kane finding the equalizer in the closing stages, but the goal proved insufficient to overturn the aggregate deficit.
The result sees PSG, the defending champions, advance to the final, where they will face Arsenal.
The Premier League side sealed their spot after a 2-1 aggregate victory over Atletico Madrid, reaching the Champions League final for the first time in two decades.
Both teams will now meet in Budapest on May 30 for the title decider.
